Handling: Forklift
Our unique steel grit handling system allows for 4 way forklift access . The fork pockets keep the tote on the forks even through rough terrain. Two SAFE TOTES can be moved at one time. No more toppled drums, or punctured drums.
Handling: crane
Our unique steel grit handling system allows for lifting with a 4 leg sling. Lift points support lifting two stacked SAFETOTES at once. Security pins required.
Handling: Transport
Our design allows for SAFE and secure over the road transport of grit when relocating your portable steel grit recycle equipment. Much better than drums.
FEATURES
Stack-able
Our design allows for stacking of two SAFE TOTES. This offers equivalent of 6 drums stored in the foot print of a SAFE TOTE. Save valuable site or warehouse space.
Slide valve
Our design incorporates a bottom dump valve . In just a few minutes, SAFE TOTE can be emptied , straight into recycler hopper. No diesel powered vacuum required.

Our design includes a large weather tight access door. This is useful for venting and monitoring during blow loading, vacuum contents if required, inspect contents.

Blast pot rack and sand totes
Our designers have created a blast pot rack. This houses a standard abrasive blast pot (machine) and all the related hoses and cables. Blast pot is gravity fed from a SAFE TOTE. This rack works with GRIT totes and SAND totes. Keep it neat, organized, portable , productive and safe. BAGS NOT NEEDED !

Blast pot rack and sand totes
Our slick new set up allows for portable bulk gravity feed to blast pot. The rack can be moved with a fully loaded tote stacked on top. Either grit or sand tote will stack on the rack. Once tote is empty, just switch it out for a full tote.
